Welcome on board of our Heli-Haus!
In the heart of the sea port city of Emden, on the site of the former Karl von Müller barracks, Heli-Haus Emden is situated with its 40 high-quality studios and apartments.
Steeped in history, “Göben-House West”, where the ABC defence regiment 110 Emden was stationed until 1996, is now an ideal place to work and spend time relaxing nights.
Accessibility is also an important feature of the new building, as the non-smoking house has rooms that are suitable for disabled users as well as a lift.
Studio
The studios, with a size of 25 to 40 square metres, are suitable for up to two people. They have a combined living room and bedroom and vome with a fully equipped kitchen. Their high-quality furnishing leaves nothing to be desired and the real woord parquet flooring with underfloor heating ensures a cosy atmosphere.
The studios are also equipped with the following features: Queen-size or king-size beds, a 40-inch flatscreen TV, seating, a desk as well as a modern shower room with towels, hairdryer etc.
Deluxe Studio
For those who need a bit more space, our deluxe studios are the ideal place. Just like the entire interior of the Heli-Haus, these combined living and sleeping rooms are characterised by exquisite furnishings. Ideal conditions for a heavenly sleep. The real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating ensures a cosy atmosphere.
The deluxe studios also are equipped with the following features: Queen-size or king-size beds, a 40-inch flatscreen TV, seating, a desk as well as a modern shower room with towels, hairdryer etc.
Apartment
The apartments, between 42 and 52 square metres in size, offer plenty of room to relax for up to three people. The living room with sofa and desk as well as a free WiFi network is the perfect combination of leisure and business needs.
A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle toaster and a selection of tea is intefrated in the living space, ensuring an all-round comfortable stay.
The high-quality real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating enhances the feel-good factor of the rooms. A seperate bedroom with queen-size or king-size bed allows for a good night’s sleep.
In addition the apartments have a modern shower room with towels and hairdryer.
Fitness
Plenty of exercise increases well-being. Therefore, our house is naturally equipped with a spacious fitness area as well as a separate gym. Sport enthusiasts can choose between the following training equipment in the gym:
▪ Treadmill, rowing machine, crosstrainer,
trainers for legs and biceps, tower, dumbbells
combined squat rack /bench press, jump pads
▪ A punching bag
▪ relaxation sports and gymnastics
A Sonos sound system is provided for individual musical training support.
A total area of 150 square metres is available for personal workouts, open daily until 10pm.

Check in: from 2 until 6 pm
Check out: from 7 until 11 am
Other services by the Heli-Haus Emden include the option of a flexible check-in using a key safe. For that option please contact the reception before your stay. We will send you all the needed information about the flexible check-in option.

Breakfast
To make you feel at home, a selection of coffee and tea specialities as well as cold drinks are aviable in your room to welcome you.
A hint of the historical spirit of the building can be felt in the conservatory on the ground floor. Against the backdrop of the historic masonry, breakfast will be arranged.
Breakfast can be arranged from Monday to Friday between 7 and 9 am in a cosy atmosphere.
The price for the breakfast is 8.50Euro per person.
In the immediate vicinity of the premises there are supermarkets, cash machines, bakeries and much more.
