HeliService AW169 is the star of the show

A Leonardo AW169 operated by HeliService in support of the offshore renewable energy industry was the star of the show at the 2018 Helitech International exhibition in Amsterdam. As a result of significant behind the scenes effort by our Part 145 and Flight Operations teams led by Jeroen Raemakers and Felix van Laak respectively, the AW169 stood proudly on the Leonardo Helicopters stand and attracted considerable attention.

A second highlight was the chairing of the highly engaging Offshore Wind seminar by Alistair Riches, which included presentations from Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Hull University, CHC Helicopter and Offshore Wind Consultants Ltd. In parallel, representatives from HeliService held numerous meetings with key stakeholders across the industry as the drive to profitably grow our business continued. The Helitech exhibition is relocating to Farnborough in 2019, and rebranding as Vertical Flight. See you there!
